How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at support@lumisoftco.com with your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We're so sorry if that happens. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
