By placing an order with Lumisoftco, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Refund & Return Policy.

We want you to love your purchase! However, to ensure fairness for all our customers, we have the following guidelines in place.

When We Can Help We're happy to assist if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is completely different from what you ordered. Simply reach out to us within 14 days of your delivery date and we'll make it right.

When We're Unable to Process a Refund We're unable to process refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, minor color variations due to screen differences, or shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

How to Submit a Request Email us at shivstoreco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue. Requests without supporting evidence unfortunately cannot be processed.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
