At LumiSoftCo, we work with trusted fulfillment partners and suppliers through AutoDS to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered processing.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the supplier used to fulfill your order through AutoDS.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or supply chain factors.
3. Fulfillment Method (AutoDS)
LumiSoftCo uses AutoDS to source and fulfill products from multiple suppliers. This allows us to select the fastest available shipping option for each order.
Different items in the same order may ship separately.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided as soon as your order is shipped.
Please allow 1–3 business days after fulfillment for tracking updates to appear.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier issues
- Weather disruptions
- High order volume
- Supplier delays
- Incorrect address information
Delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund unless the item is confirmed lost.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, LumiSoftCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
